At Heat Holders, we want to ensure you stay warm and comfortable; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 60 days of receipt. All items must be in their original packaging, unworn, and with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the unworn Heat Holders products in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; we will process your refund within 7-10 business days of arrival.
