We offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and thermal underwear must be unopened.

To maintain maximum warmth and softness, we recommend machine washing at 40°C (104°F) and avoiding tumble drying or ironing.
